Side of Planet Earth Theater, downtown Phoenix - 1998. This build was demolished before the neighborhood evolved into the urban arts district that it is today. In the 90's the only other features of the neighborhood were Modified (a great little all ages venue), a liquor store, a sleazy little transvestite bar, and a bunch of people likely to ask you for money. Danny Bonaduce was famously arrested in 1991 for beating up a transvestite hooker in front of the bar, which was called the 307.
